The size and culture of DWC allows us to quickly get involved in our clients’ business and to provide them with a comprehensive timely response.
Timely Response
A member of the consulting team will always be available to address client’s concerns. DWC has established a call-back/immediate communication policy by which all, principals and associates, shall respond to all communication from our clients within 24 hours. In addition to this, we have set up a follow-up system that links our telephone switchboard and extensions to principals’ and associates’ mobile phones.
Institutional Response
At DWC one principal is always responsible for a client. Nevertheless we are aware that our work is presence demanding in many ways, including long meetings and traveling. Like everybody else we are also subject to unforeseen events. We understand our clients got engaged with an organization and because in all business matters time is of the essence DWC responds accordingly.
Team Work
We do not pass on responsibilities, at DWC we work in task-teams to provide our clients with both, greater efficiency and a combination of experience and original ideas.

Screening
DWC will not get engaged with a company as a client before running a strict conflict of interest check. We also verify the nature of the business of our potential clients and their reputation in the business community before engaging with any company. Through this process we continuously reaffirm our loyalty to our clients and protect them as our partners.
First come, first served
At DWC we have an unreserved commitment with those who come to us for advice. We appreciate and care for their business because we regard them as our partners. As such, they will have the upper hand in any actual or potential conflict of interest. No matter how big a new business proposed might be, we stand by those who came to us for advice first.
Because we take confidentiality seriously
Strict Internal Controls
DWC maintains strict surveillance over the personnel who have access to every piece of information entrusted to us by our clients. To stress our commitment with confidentiality and on top of statutory duties, all of DWC’s principals, associates and personnel execute an ad hoc Confidentiality Agreement.
Procedures and Systems Controls
Through standardized procedures, we identify and control printed and electronic information produced and/or delivered or transmitted weather internally or to a third party. Once a work is finished, final approved electronic files are sent to you and all drafts and copies of original documents, including said final files, are destroyed.
Because being international is DWC’s aptitude.
International Experience
Over the years DWC’s principals and associates have worked all over the world. All of them have participated in projects involving two or more jurisdictions and have helped both domestic and foreign companies doing business in many different parts of the world.
